About Us

The Fullers Crossing Subdivision is located in Winter Garden Florida, about 20 minutes west of downtown Orlando and about 25 minutes north of Disney via toll road 429.  This website is run by Fullers Crossing Home Owners Association.  Please note the address posted on the site is for the management company where all mail should be sent.

The Fullers Crossing subdivision consists of four areas, Phase 1 through Phase 4.  Phases 1 and 2 were completed in 2003 and are the focus of this website.  Phases 3 and 4 started construction in 2003 and completed in 2006.  Phases 3 and 4 are not part of this association but are connected by Juniper Hammock Court.  Homes in this association range from 1800sq ft to 4500sq ft.

Construction began in the year 1999 on the Fullers Crossing subdivision and was completed around 2003.  Previously the land had been used by an orange grower and was thus a large orange orchard.  The orchard had been hit by the Orange Canker Fungus which led to many of the trees being eradicated due to the laws around Orange Canker at the time.

The City of Winter Garden has been under constant gentrification since 2004 with an ever expanding base of mid to upper class homes ranging from 800 sq ft to over 6000 sq ft with many smaller homes being rebuilt or expanded into larger homes.  The yearly homestead taxes will vary wildly but are considered reasonable for Florida.  The tax rate in Orange County is 6% and the city of Winter Garden is 0.5%.
